What to Expect

Our worship service begins at 10:30 am with a call to worship and responsive reading, next is congregational singing (accompanied by acoustic guitar and keyboard), confessional prayer, Scripture reading and expository preaching.  Following the sermon message, a time of response is given which allows the congregation to reflect on how the Holy Spirit is personally leading them to respond after hearing God’s Word.  The service concludes with a benediction from one of the elders or deacons.

The gospel message – God’s free gift of salvation for anyone who repents and puts his/her faith in Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sins – is passionately proclaimed throughout the service.

We are a family integrated church which simply means children and adults participate in the service together; however, we do have a nursery room available for very small children or nursing mothers.

Our Sunday morning service typically lasts about 75 minutes and our dress is casual.  Immediately following the service,  everyone is invited to stay for a fellowship meal (pot-luck style).  All guests are encouraged to join us in our meal/fellowship time and not required to bring anything to participate.  We always have plenty to share and would love to get to know you better.
